CAPTAIN’s Bike Repairs is run by Chris, he is a highly experienced, Level 2 CSA–certified bicycle mechanic. We specialise in mobile bike servicing and repairs for all types of bicycle around the Teddington area. From punctures, to bike builds, cargo bikes to kids bikes, we can work on them all.

We bring our workshop on wheels directly to you. Let us know your bike’s brand and model, we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home or workplace and carry out the repair or service on-site

Adult bikes (commuter, road, hybrid, MTB, cargo, folding, etc.)
Kids’ bikes (including regular safety checks)
E-bikes (non-motor repairs and general maintenance)

We cover TW postcodes and surrounding areas in London and Middlesex. This includes Kingston on Thames, Richmond, Twickenham, Kew, Esher, Hampton and surrounding neighbourhoods.
We’re happy to travel further, but an additional call-out fee will apply for areas outside our main service zone. -
Level 1 service starts at 79.99. Check our Price list for a full list of costs. We will always estimate the costs before working on your bike.

We carry a selection of common parts. If something specific needs to be ordered, we’ll let you know straight away and arrange a follow-up visit once the part arrives.

Yes, we service and repair e-bikes (where possible).
I’m happy to take care of all the usual mechanical bike repairs, and some e-bike-related faults depending on the system. The quickest way is to send a message with your bike make/model and the issue, and we’ll take it from there. -
Yes, we’re able to repair and maintain some components on cargo bikes. The best thing to do is get in touch and tell us about the issue, and we’ll let you know the best way forward.
