There's nothing better than a well cleaned and properly performing bike. The Level 2 is our most popular service.
All Elements of Level 1 Service PLUS:
-Deep clean and valet of the complete bicycle
-Full strip de-grease and re-build of drivetrain system
-Bottom bracket removed and re-greased
-Application of anti-seize grease throughout
-Wheels trued
-Deep clean valet includes: All moving parts go through the ultra sonic parts cleaner we have on board our rolling workshop | Chain, Cassette, Chainset, Front & Rear Mech (aka derailleurs), rotors. Part specific polish applied across bike and wheels.

Level 3- The premium service. A full overhaul of all moving parts to have your bicycle performing at the very top level. Perfect as part of your pre-race set up where every second counts. Customised to your needs.
All Elements of Level 2 service PLUS:
-Strip bike back to bare frame
-Rear hub service: Strip, Clean, Re-Grease (as required, ex. hub gear)
-Headset service – Strip, clean & re-greased
-Bottom bracket service and threads cleaned
-Brake bleed or cables replaced
-Wheel bearings replaced where needed.

Crashed bike? Captain's can do a comprehensive health and safety check on your carbon or steel frame bike and create a formal report.

We serve the TW postcode, and surrounding London/Middlesex postcodes.
There is a travel fee for all call outs.
We’re happy to go further afield; trips outside TW will incur an additional transport cost - the fee will be confirmed on enquiry.
All work and estimated fees are discussed and confirmed before any work is carried out.
We aim to complete repairs on the day of booking. However sometimes parts will have to be ordered causing a delay.
Service bookings will require a 72 hour turn around for collect and return.
For multi-bike packages, all bikes are to be booked in together.
Servicing costs exclude all parts.
Please ensure your bike is clean enough to work on. We will charge £15 to wash the bike if it’s too dirty, unless booked in for a Level 2 or 3 service.
